About K4GGWA

The K4GGWA platform is a collection of tools and services that are used to support the K4GGWA project, and the wider Great Green Wall initiative. The platform is designed to be modular, and to support a wide range of use cases, with a primary focus on assessment and monitoring of the impacts of land restoration activities on the ground.

This platform is developed as part of Component 2 of K4GGWA, which has a number of activities and associated products, as summarised above.

One platform, many tools

As we can see from the diagram above, the platform is part of a wider set of activities that are being undertaken as part of the K4GGWA project. The platform is designed to support the collection, analysis and dissemination of data and information that is relevant to the project, and to the wider Great Green Wall initiative.
